Have you also heard, that a person with thyroid can't loose weight. And worrying about it?

Don't worry, it's just a myth. I myself have loss 10+ kg weight within 2 months, I am having thyroid.

You also can follow following tips and can loose weight easily.


  1. Drink atleast 5-6 litre water in a day.
  2. Whenever you feel hungry, eat, but eat healthy.
  3. Eat atleast 4 times a day but portion size should be lower.
  4. Eat fruits as much as possible.
  5. Don't drink juice as it is high in calories but low in fibre.
  6. Add corns, corn flakes, poha, fruits, pulses in your diet.
  7. If you wish to taste fast food then you can taste it but don't fill you tummy with it.
  8. Avoid having chapatti in night. Either have only pulses or vegetable, as food eaten in late night would not digest properly and will increase weight.
  9. Either have milk or dinner in night. Avoid having both.
  10. Add fibre food in your diet.
Above tips would definitely help you if followed strictly.  If you can add exercise or dance to your dieting, it would give you awesome results.
